The music, recordings, images, artwork, and text on this site are owned by Alek Darson or used with permission. Press materials in the Press Room are provided for editorial and promotional use; please credit photographers where noted. Otherwise, do not copy, redistribute, or reuse the content without permission.
Purchases and donations
When the shop is available, orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe. Donations are voluntary and, unless required by law, are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, abuse its forms, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services such as Spotify, YouTube, Bandcamp, and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Alek Darson is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
